Compass Group France, the third-largest contract caterer in France, runs more than 3,000 restaurants through a decentralised organisation. Galadrim embedded a team led by a senior product manager within its IT department. Leadersanté brings together more than 900 community pharmacies, equipped with nineteen operational tools, including laboratory ordering, automated invoice processing and the patient app. Galadrim has worked with the group since 2018 and maintains a team there of a product manager and developers, led by a lead developer. A committee meets every two weeks with the digital leadership team to set priorities tool by tool. It works from usage reports produced by our teams and indicators tracked monthly for each product.

Governing four institutional websites fed by teams with different objectives

Bpifrance, France's public investment bank, presents its loans and grants across four institutional websites. Each is fed by business teams with their own objectives, and they run on two instances of the same content management system. Galadrim has been involved since March 2023: first through user research, which set the common scope of the page builder, then through a product management team staffed quarter by quarter. A senior product manager and a product owner own the websites' roadmap, the split of responsibilities between the bank's teams, the accessibility and publishing rules, and the reporting to the digital leadership team.

Project X Paris has grown from a young streetwear brand into an international retailer, with 500% growth since we started working together. The IT department at Groupe Delisle, a leading French road haulage company, was looking for where to start in equipping its 1,500 employees. Galadrim led the scoping work alongside frontline teams and set the order of workstreams: first the intranet, available on the web and on mobile, then the bespoke ERP covering six support functions, with access rules specific to each role. A study run alongside the scoping established which AI features justified the investment, including automated document management, which was chosen for the ERP.
