AI training built around the realities of each role

A salesperson, an HR manager, a managing director and a developer don't use AI in the same way. So we tailor every course to your teams' challenges and use cases.

Bespoke formats

Bespoke formats

Flexible learning formats, fully adapted to your context: hands-on workshops, intensive bootcamps, masterclasses or longer programmes, available in person or remotely.

AI training often falls into the same traps: programmes that are too generic, too little connection with how your business actually works, and no long-term follow-up as the technology keeps changing

How we train your teams in AI

  • Assessment
    Step 01

    Interviews and use-case mapping

We meet the teams involved to see how they work today and where AI would save them time. This overview gives us the priority topics and each group's starting level.
  • Design
    Step 02

A programme and exercises tailored to each role

We write the programme around your software, your documents and the tasks your teams repeat every day. Groups are organised by role, so everyone works on cases they actually come across.
  • Delivery
    Step 03

    Short sessions and hands-on exercises

The trainer sets out the key concepts, then hands over. Participants work on their real files, with their own tools, and leave each session with one thing they can do again on their own the next day.
  • Evaluation
    Step 04

Participant feedback and chosen use cases at the end of each session

Each session ends with a debrief: what participants have taken in, what is still unclear, and the use case where each person plans to apply what they have just learnt. That feedback helps us adjust the next session and shows you what your teams will actually put into practice.
  • Embedding
    Step 05

Follow-up on usage after the training

Your teams keep the course materials and exercises, and we stay on hand as they first put them into practice. A few weeks later, we review with you what has become part of everyday work.

[Our team]

Your trainers: practitioners who deploy AI every day

Our courses are led by the engineers and product managers who build our AI solutions in production. They have a rare profile. They master the technical side (LLM, RAG, multi-agent systems) as well as the business and strategic challenges, and can teach an executive committee as easily as a team of developers.
Benjamin Drighès
Benjamin Drighès CTO Data & AI
Heads our Data & AI division. A former member of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, France's financial markets regulator, he works on AI strategy and governance: ideal for introducing executives to AI.
Quentin Massonnat
Quentin Massonnat AI Team Lead
Designs autonomous agents and LLM generation at very large scale (Easton, Showroomprivé, OGF): the hands-on experience he passes on to tech teams.
Naïs Schietecatte
Naïs Schietecatte AI Product Manager
Scopes AI projects from the product side, from discovery to adoption (Mercialys, Gide), staying close to how business teams actually work.
Pierre-Antoine Dornic
Pierre-Antoine Dornic Head of GenAI
Maps out each department's AI use cases and prioritises them by ROI and feasibility: the workshop format he runs with executive committees before their first projects.
Marc-César Garcia-Grenet
Marc-César Garcia-Grenet AI Team Lead
Builds full applications and LLM-based agentic systems every day. He trains development teams on their own codebase, from coding assistants all the way to go-live.

FUNERAL SERVICESOGF

Training the 70 staff of an IT department in agentic systems

OGF is France's leading funeral services provider. Galadrim already works with the group on optimising the customer journey for funeral arrangements and on its AI roadmap. We spoke to the 70 staff of its IT department to present agentic systems and how they are used in practice. Questions focused on the productivity gains that are genuinely achievable, on controlling an agent's outputs and on helping teams adopt these tools.

WINE MERCHANTSMaison Sichel

Training a Bordeaux wine merchant's teams, then mapping its use cases department by department

Maison Sichel sells more than 800 Bordeaux wines to around a thousand clients worldwide. Galadrim travelled to Bordeaux to train 34 of its employees in four groups organised by role, from the technical department to the sales assistants, with each group working on its own tasks. We ran seven sessions, one per department, to identify the tasks where AI delivers a measurable time saving. The report delivered at the end of those two days forms the basis for the prototype to be built.

SOFTWARE PUBLISHEROpen Informatique

Training a team of developers to use a coding agent every day

Open Informatique builds bespoke management software in WinDev, the development environment from French vendor PC Soft. It wanted its developers to get the most out of coding agents in that environment. Galadrim built a three-session course: how a language model works, installing and driving Claude Code, then writing their own skills. Each session gives more room to exercises than the one before, on databases and code repositories prepared for them.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTCoverguard

Training a manufacturer's executive committee in the uses of generative AI

Coverguard manufactures and distributes personal protective equipment across several continents. Its leadership wanted to understand what AI changes in its business before launching a first project. Galadrim ran a session in English for its executive committee, prepared by a consultant and an AI engineer: what the models can do, what they cost, and the uses already proven in industry. A summary note followed, setting out the priority avenues to explore.

RAIL TRANSPORTSNCF

Supporting a strategy department in assessing the potential of generative AI

France's leading rail operator, SNCF was running a group-wide study on what generative AI could bring to its activities. Galadrim worked with its strategy department's teams on this study: the real capabilities and limits of the models, their cost at the scale of a group this size, and the conditions needed for a demo to become a service that holds up in production.

Questions our clients often ask

Yes, that's the whole idea. We design each programme around your context: your use cases, your tools and, where relevant, your real data, so the skills apply straight away.
Everyone, through three programmes: executives (AI awareness & strategy), business teams (generative AI day to day) and tech & data teams (building AI solutions). Each programme is pitched at the right level.
Workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses or longer programmes, in person or remotely: in-house, from our catalogue or 100% bespoke, depending on your goals.
We assess what participants have learnt at the end of the programme and track how their usage evolves after the training (practical application, capstone projects), so that new skills turn into lasting practices.
Yes. We work within a secure framework and know how to design fully isolated environments for experimentation, like the AI Lab we rolled out at scale for students at Epitech, the French computer science school.
