Your tech, data and product challenges

Built for the field and on the move

Built for the field and on the move

During peak periods, operations have to be logged right there in the field, often with very little signal. If the tool takes too many steps or needs an internet connection, logging gets put off and plot records lose accuracy.
Getting value from your agronomic data

Getting value from your agronomic data

Today your data sits in silos: sensor readings, PDF sheets and handwritten notes. To make it directly usable by your technicians and farm managers, they need to be able to query all that history in plain language, without going through a data analyst.
Traceability and compliance for your batches

Traceability and compliance for your batches

When an inspection or a client audit comes round, proving that doses and treatment windows were respected demands absolute rigour. Only a system that links and timestamps every operation to its harvest batch can produce flawless field records and protect your certifications.
Planning ahead for each season

Planning ahead for each season

You make decisions on crop management, procurement and harvest within short windows, with some uncertainty over weather and crop health. Built up over time, your historical data opens the way to forecasting models, for yields as well as pest pressure.

[Our work]

Bespoke tools, from running the farm to running the co-operative.

We deal with these challenges every day: traceability, getting value from data and tools that genuinely work in the field. See how we turn them into concrete solutions for businesses across agriculture.
AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIESDe Sangosse

Calibrating crop protection treatments on actual slug counts

De Sangosse, a major player in agricultural supplies, wanted its farmers to base their crop protection treatments on readings from the field. Galadrim developed the Limacapt mobile app further. The app connects via IoT to a smart sensor placed in the fields, which detects and counts slugs, then sends its readings in real time. The app analyses this data and recommends the right treatment. That way farmers target their interventions and keep input costs down.

SEED RESEARCHSecobra Recherches

Querying complex agronomic data in plain language

Secobra Recherches bases its plant breeding work on large volumes of agronomic, genetic, weather and commercial data. Until now, only people who knew how to query the databases could use it. Galadrim designed an interface that answers in plain language, drawing on this internal data and on public sources. The R&D and sales teams get answers, tables and charts on their own, within the security framework agreed with Secobra.

WINE MERCHANTSFilips Wine

Automatically analysing
offers from vineyards

Filips Wine, a French international fine wine merchant, received supplier offers by email in a wide range of formats. A buyer then re-keyed them one by one into a comparison spreadsheet. Galadrim developed Brainy, an application that reads these documents, extracts the estate, vintage, region and price, then compares them automatically with the company's database. Buyers import their offers and spot the ones with an attractive margin in seconds.

SEED PRODUCTIONTechnisem

Managing seed production
in a single business application

Technisem produces and distributes vegetable seeds suited to tropical climates. Galadrim built its new business software, which brings together production, purchasing and quality control and replaces its legacy tool. Teams scan a batch's QR code at each processing stage, which timestamps its journey and updates stock levels.

LIVESTOCK AND MEATInterbev

Keeping the whole livestock and meat sector informed through a mobile app

Interbev is the French livestock and meat interprofessional body, bringing together professionals from livestock farming and processing. Galadrim designed and built its mobile app, which now includes an AI assistant that answers from the sector's official documentation and cites its sources. Professionals follow sector alerts on their phones, and farmers check their slaughter data.

[FAQ]

A few questions our clients often ask

Yes. We design mobile apps that work outdoors, with an offline mode, syncing when the connection returns and an interface built for quick data entry. The Limacapt app, for example, works right there in the field, connected to a sensor.
Yes. We take over tools already in production, including ones with no API, and improve them step by step. Each release goes live with no disruption for your users.
Yes. We connect applications to IoT sensors, for instance to count pests automatically in the field, and we use OCR, LLMs, computer vision and predictive models to analyse your documents and data.
The total time to design and build a complete application varies, but it is generally between 2 and 5 months. We deliver in short iterations: a first usable version within a few weeks, then regular releases into production.
No. You own the application's source code. We also guarantee a clean exit: your teams or a third party can take over the application at any time, and we support the knowledge transfer.
