[Challenges in your sector]

Your tech, data and product challenges

Making the most of your production data

Making the most of your production data

Your connected equipment, your MES and your ERP generate valuable data, but it often sits in silos. Bring these flows together and you get real-time monitoring, run your lines more intelligently and anticipate breakdowns.
Smart planning and resource optimisation

Smart planning and resource optimisation

Line scheduling, operator allocation and material availability create complex, interlocking constraints. An AI optimisation engine explores these variables instantly to produce the best production scenario.
Faster engineering studies with AI

Faster engineering studies with AI

Analysing complex bills of materials, extracting data from CAD drawings and reading dense specifications tie up your engineers. Hand the pre-analysis of these documents to bespoke AI models and you give your experts their time back for design work.
Automated inspection and computer vision

Automated inspection and computer vision

Visual quality control on your production lines is tedious, repetitive and prone to human error. Deploy AI image-analysis models connected to your cameras and you automate defect detection, part sorting and compliance checks in real time.

Built for your sites and your technical teams

We deal with these challenges every day: making use of data, optimising resources, smart visual inspection and automating document-heavy tasks. See how we turn them into concrete solutions for industrial companies.
ENGINEERING AND MAJOR PROJECTSVinci Construction

Optimising the planning
of railway works

Every day, Vinci Construction organises thousands of assignments of workers, machinery and locomotives across its railway worksites, under interlocking operational constraints. Galadrim built a planning engine based on combinatorial optimisation and integrated it into Vinci’s internal tool. It automatically proposes optimised schedules, which the teams then sign off.

FOOD PACKAGINGGroupe Guillin

Identifying a product reference
from a photo

Guillin, a European specialist in food packaging, wanted its sales reps to find one reference out of 25,000 in the field, from a simple photo. Galadrim built a mobile app and trained a computer vision model that recognises the packaging and retrieves its reference. Sales reps now get to the right product sheet in seconds.

BUILDING MATERIALS MANUFACTURERRector Lesage

Analysing architects’ plans automatically with computer vision

Rector Lesage, an industrial concrete group, wanted to speed up the processing of its design files. Galadrim built a computer vision solution dedicated to the automated analysis of architects’ plans. It identifies outlines, openings, service voids and load paths, and returns them in a form the design offices can use straight away.

INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICSGroupe Blondel

Orchestrating lifting operations and teams
on an industrial site

At the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard, Groupe Blondel wanted to raise the utilisation rate of its lifting equipment, keep control of package flows and allocate its teams day to day. Galadrim built a business application that brings all these constraints together: an algorithm predicts package volumes, an interface books lifting slots and an allocation engine assigns teams according to operational rules. Every worker automatically receives a personalised schedule at the start of the day.

TECHNICAL DISTRIBUTIONGroupe Rexel

Making a one-million-reference catalogue reliable with generative AI

Rexel, an international distributor of electrical equipment, manages more than a million technical references. Categorising and describing them tied up its teams, one reference at a time. Galadrim designed a generative AI solution that categorises the references and generates their titles and attributes. Catalogue teams use it through a secure web application hosted on Azure.

A team that advises you before it builds

Benjamin Drighès
Benjamin Drighès CTO Data & AI
A former strategic adviser at the AMF, France’s financial markets regulator, and a senior civil servant in the regions, he also worked at Veolia. He knows regulated and sovereign environments from the inside, and now leads Galadrim’s AI projects.
Clément Megemont
Clément Megemont AI Engineer
He has designed anomaly detection models on sensor data and put them into production. He takes AI and document extraction solutions all the way to scale.
Raphaëlle Bailliard
Raphaëlle Bailliard Senior Product Manager
Trained in modelling energy installations, she works with manufacturers on their tech and product projects, from scoping to on-site deployment.
Axel Soll
Axel Soll Lead Developer
He spent almost five years as an embedded software engineer on industrial equipment, at Mr Beam Lasers and then Micro Technic: he knows the constraints of production lines and legacy systems still in operation from the inside.
Félix Monnier
Félix Monnier AI Team Lead
He trains detection and recognition models suited to your production images, then optimises them to keep up with line speed on the hardware already installed.

A few questions our clients often ask

Yes. Our products sit on top of your existing tools and talk to them via API, while your systems remain the source of the data. We scope these interfaces with your IT department from the very first workshops.
Yes. We visit your sites to understand the real constraints and meet the users. For Groupe Blondel, the team went to the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard from the design phase onwards.
Your drawings, production data and technical catalogues are among your most sensitive assets. We build data protection in from the design stage: minimising the data collected, managing access rights, isolating environments. The assignment of rights to our deliverables, code and documentation included, is written into the contract.
Yes. We build compliance in from scoping and maintain it over time as the regulations evolve.
In France or the European Union, with a hosting provider we choose together based on how sensitive your data is and your constraints, on a mainstream cloud or on dedicated infrastructure.
The total length of a project to design and build a complete application varies, but it generally takes between 2 and 5 months. We deliver in short iterations: a first usable version within a few weeks, then regular releases into production.
No. You own the application’s source code. We guarantee a clean exit: your teams or a third party can take over the solution at any time, and we support the knowledge transfer.
