Gide Loyrette Nouel, the leading international business law firm of French origin, wanted to give all its lawyers a way to find relevant clauses and contracts in its internal document base by asking questions in plain language. Galadrim built a web platform powered by large language models that handles semantic search and answers questions about the contracts it finds. Uploading a document automatically extracts the metadata needed for search, so the base gets richer with use.

JurIA builds AI solutions for law firms and accountancy firms. It wanted to automate both the generation and the editing of legal documents, a repetitive task that takes up its users’ time every day. Galadrim built a feature that analyses the content and formatting of uploaded documents in detail, then drafts or edits the document on request. The user guides each step from a conversational interface.

Challenging a traffic fine in minutes from a mobile phone

Cabinet de Caumont, a pioneer of road traffic law since 1984, wanted drivers to be able to challenge fines directly. Galadrim built Flash Radar, a mobile app in which drivers photograph their penalty notice: the app automatically extracts the details needed to assess the situation on the spot. A client area then puts drivers in touch with the firm’s lawyers by messaging, while a back office lets the lawyers manage cases and billing.

Electronically certifying a sworn translation and making it verifiable by anyone

Ne Varietur wanted to give sworn translators an alternative to the physical stamp, which every receiving authority currently has to authenticate document by document. Galadrim built an electronic certification platform that applies a legally binding signature to each translation, which any recipient can verify on a dedicated public page. Translators upload their documents, store them in a secure space and subscribe according to how much they use the platform.

Yes. We built the document search platform for Gide Loyrette Nouel, the leading international business law firm of French origin. It is used by five hundred lawyers across a base of more than a million documents.
Every answer is built from your own documents and links to the passages it relies on, one click away. We define the document scope with you, and sign-off stays with the lawyer handling the matter.
Yes. Your documents are ring-fenced by matter, with named access rights and a log of who viewed what. They are never used to train any third-party model, and the model is hosted in the European Union or deployed in your own environment.
Yes. We connect to your document management system, your billing and time-recording tool, and your company directory for access rights. The aim: your teams find the information they need without switching tools.
In France or the European Union, with a hosting provider we choose together based on how sensitive your matters are. No data leaves the contractual framework agreed with you.
Data minimisation, consent management and the rights of access, erasure and portability are built in from the design stage. We work directly with your DPO and document the processing for your record of processing activities.
