Framing and exploring needs
We start from your challenges and your users, not from a list of features. We run workshops with your teams, observe the real work, analyse usage of the existing tool if there is one, and compare market solutions. Every need is arbitrated between three options: build, buy, or assemble what already exists.
Design
Stage 02
Design phase
We design solutions that are desirable for your users, technically feasible and economically viable. Ideation workshops, user journeys, screen structures and then final mockups: you approve each step. When a topic stays unclear, we build an interactive prototype rather than write one more specification. In parallel, the Tech Lead validates feasibility and removes integration uncertainties.

Development in short cycles
Technical framing continues throughout the project: we isolate complexity, reduce risk step by step and document our trade-offs as we go. Development follows one simple requirement - get it right first time: systematic peer review, automated tests, continuous integration and deployment. You follow progress at all times and validate each feature on a demo environment.

Go-live, evaluation and evolution
Going live is not the end of the project, it is the start of measurement. We instrument the product during development to monitor how it behaves and observe real usage. We supervise production continuously, keep libraries up to date for security, and prioritise what comes next based on what your users actually do - not on what we assume.

Prove quickly rather than promise

A prototype put in front of real users beats a hundred-page requirements document. We look for the first proof of use as early as possible, and only commit to heavy development once that proof is in.

Start from the field

We go and watch your teams work before drawing the first screen. The real business rules are neither in the minutes nor in the documentation: they are with the people who apply them every day.

One team accountable end to end

Automating tens of thousands of client requests a month

This brokerage group received several tens of thousands of client requests by email every month, tying up staff across several departments. We designed the automation iteratively, with a business owner on the client side and regular dialogue with representatives of every future user department - policy administration, claims handling, accounting. The result: an automation adopted by the very teams that co-built it, on a flow of tens of thousands of requests a month.

Automatically generating 300,000 product descriptions a year

This European flash-sales leader runs several thousand sales a year, each requiring complete product descriptions; a team of thirty people spent several minutes on each one. We built a solution that generates product descriptions automatically, and translated senior management's objectives - cut costs and time to publication - into a single indicator: the time to produce an approved description, measured against a protocol defined in advance on a representative sample. The result: around 300,000 descriptions produced a year, and a fee contractually tied to the value generated.

This ready-to-wear brand grew its revenue eightfold between 2018 and 2025, with a continuously expanding network of stores and resellers and constant technical needs on its point-of-sale and management systems. After the design and development phases, we deliberately scaled the team back - Product Manager, Product Designer and Tech Lead part time, Software Engineers full time - to hold service levels at the fairest cost. The result: a budget kept under control over time, with no loss of quality or product culture.

Both titles wanted to know whether it was possible to automate the production of their buying guides, without committing to a heavy programme on an unverified hypothesis. A small team built a complete demonstrator in three weeks - automated processing chain, application platform, authoring and editing interfaces, publication. The result: a tool immediately adopted by the production teams, and an investment decision taken on facts.

Most of our projects do not start from scratch. Our method takes on what already exists, technically and organisationally.

Taking over a legacy system

We start with an objective assessment: technical audit, screen mapping, user interviews, evaluation of the debt to absorb. We identify what to build on before deciding what to replace, then we replace it progressively, without service interruption.

Auditing before rebuilding a 20-year-old business system

This major player in rental management in French-speaking Switzerland, managing more than 13,000 properties, relied on software developed in-house over twenty years, on obsolete technology and with redundant journeys. We ran a complete technical and functional audit before a single line of code, to put a figure on the debt, validate the feasibility of the changes and set out a prioritised action plan. The result: a rebuild started on known ground, with no late surprises.
