Project X Paris grew from €15m to €55m in revenue in seven years, opening 60 shops and working with 7,500 resellers worldwide. Leadersanté, a group of 900 pharmacies, ran its internal processes and patient relationships on scattered tools. Galadrim has built and maintained its entire ecosystem for eight years: a mobile app for patients, a back office for pharmacists and automated processing of laboratory invoices. The infrastructure is hosted in a certified health data environment.
