Your tech, data and product challenges in luxury and fashion

A flawless digital experience that reflects your brand

A flawless digital experience that reflects your brand

Your website is often the first point of contact with your house, just like a flagship store. Strict adherence to your art direction, smooth user journeys and solid technical performance are essential. They convey the uncompromising standards of your brand before the first purchase is even made.
One experience, from boutique to digital

One experience, from boutique to digital

Your clients expect flawless service, whether they are browsing your app or walking through the doors of a flagship. Bespoke ecosystems keep your sales channels in sync: online appointment booking, optimised click & collect and digital in-store services, for a truly joined-up experience.
Time to market and richer catalogues

Time to market and richer catalogues

Every season means putting thousands of new products online quickly. Each one has to be categorised, described and translated, with no compromise on quality. Optimising your product data (PIM) and automating product descriptions keeps your SEO strong while sharply reducing return rates.
Hyper-personalisation and AI-driven clienteling

Hyper-personalisation and AI-driven clienteling

Your relationship with your clients grows richer with every interaction, online and in store, all over the world. We unify this data (CRM) and train AI models on your sales history. Your client advisers then have that complete knowledge of each client at hand for every new conversation.

LUXURY HOUSEChristian Louboutin Beauté

Recommending a fragrance or a lipstick from an in-store touchscreen

Christian Louboutin Beauté, part of the Puig group, wanted to extend its brand universe to its department store counters and give its sales teams a consultation tool. Galadrim designed and built the application that runs on the touchscreens at its points of sale. It includes fragrance and make-up questionnaires, a gallery of looks and immersive videos, all running locally on the screen. A customer answers a few questions and gets the products and looks that match her profile. The adviser then picks these up to suggest related products.

PRIVATE SALESThe Bradery

Handling tens of thousands of orders in ten minutes

The Bradery, the first Shopify store in France to reach one million orders, wanted a mobile channel for its private sales that matched the size of its audience. Galadrim designed the iOS and Android app, with a bespoke design and a journey that takes members from discovering a sale through to payment and order tracking. Every member is notified when a sale opens, can refer friends and family, and orders in a few seconds, even when tens of thousands of shoppers arrive at once.

PRIVATE SALESShowroomprivé

Writing 400,000 product listings a year, automatically

Showroomprivé had a team of thirty people writing its product listings, at five minutes per listing, for a catalogue that changes with every sale. Galadrim built a web application that generates the descriptions for an entire sale, from both product attributes and photographs. The teams now review and edit instead of writing. They put each sale online with a consistent level of detail from one product to the next.

FRAGRANCE HOUSEM Micallef

Redesigning a fragrance house's website
and opening it up to four markets

M Micallef wanted an online shop that was truer to its brand image and simpler to run day to day. Galadrim designed and built the new e-commerce site, with bottle personalisation, a loyalty programme with points redeemable against purchases, and affiliate management. The house now serves four regions from a single platform, each with its own catalogue and rules, including specific handling for UK customers after Brexit.

Reviving online performance
for a 65-year-old family house

Marinette Saint-Tropez, a family house stocked in six hundred stores, wanted its online shop to carry the same weight it already has in store. Galadrim took over the site's SEO, from product pages to visuals, then led the migration to Shopify. The house's teams now publish a new collection from their own back office and manage their nine thousand products on their own.

LUXURY HOUSEChanel

Measuring how a cosmetic is applied
with AI

Chanel's neuroscience unit wanted to understand how its products are really used, based on filmed tests. The goal was quantifiable data on the way a person applies a cosmetic. Galadrim developed image recognition algorithms that track the user's head, hand and fingers throughout the video. Every gesture is counted and classified by type, from semicircular massaging to tapping. That gives Chanel an objective measure of how a cosmetic is applied.

[FAQ]

A few questions our clients often ask

We start from your brand guidelines and mock-ups, and bring your creatives or your agency in at every sign-off point. Every screen goes through a visual review before go-live, and we check the rendering on the devices your clients actually use.
AI writes the descriptions, translates them and formats them to your templates, using both a product's attributes and its photographs. Your teams review instead of writing. That shortens the time it takes to put a collection online and keeps the level of detail consistent from one product to the next.
Your in-store and online purchase history, reconciled under a single identity per client. The models are then trained on your own sales, so the recommendations stay true to your brand universe and your client advisers can use them straight away.
Verification relies on a unique identifier attached to the piece, a record of its history and a public page where anyone can check its authenticity. This protects the value of your pieces on the resale market and prepares you for the digital product passport that EU regulation is gradually extending to textiles.
In France or the European Union, with a hosting provider we choose together based on how sensitive your data is. No data leaves the contractual framework agreed with you.
Data minimisation, consent management and the rights of access, erasure and portability are built in from the design stage. We work directly with your DPO and document each processing activity for your records.
The total length of a project to design and build a complete application varies, but it usually takes between 2 and 5 months. We deliver in short iterations: a first usable version within a few weeks, then regular releases to production.
No. You own the application's source code. We also guarantee reversibility: your teams or a third party can take over the application at any time, and we support the knowledge transfer.
