[Challenges in your sector]

Your tech, data and product challenges

Modernising your critical IT systems

Modernising your critical IT systems

Your legacy business software runs most of your operations, so any change puts continuity of service at risk. Modernising in increments secures every step and fits within your security framework.
AI automation of your business processes

AI automation of your business processes

A growing share of your operational teams' work is still manual and repetitive: processing applications, data entry, checking documents. As volumes rise, that turns directly into longer processing times and higher administrative costs.
Keeping your regulatory files compliant

Keeping your regulatory files compliant

Your files face strict checks under the French Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) scheme, your market obligations and your reporting requirements. One missing document or an incomplete audit trail puts the value of your operations at risk.
Making the most of your field data

Making the most of your field data

Your meters and installations generate huge volumes of data, around the clock. Used well, that data makes your network efficiency, consumption forecasts and billing more reliable.

Solutions designed for your operational teams and site operators

We deal with these challenges every day: modernising critical systems, automating with AI, regulatory compliance and making use of field data. See how we turn them into concrete solutions for energy companies.
SOLAR PVSianse

Qualifying a solar PV project
in minutes

Sianse, a solar PV project developer, qualified its projects through manual processes that tied up its teams on every site. Galadrim designed a modular business application whose interactive maps connect to land registry, planning and Enedis (France's electricity distribution network operator) APIs. They automate the collection and display of field data. With added measurement and annotation tools, these modules centralise prospecting information and speed up the qualification of each site.

NUCLEAR INDUSTRYSPIE Nucléaire

Modernising a critical IT system
without stopping operations

A major player in the nuclear industry, working on both construction projects and the maintenance of operating plants, SPIE Nucléaire needed to replace its legacy management application while keeping a critical business running. Galadrim designed and built a new tool covering capacity, work orders, staff authorisations and site tracking. It is deployed on SPIE's infrastructure and integrated with its existing ecosystem, including PeopleSoft and IFS. We carried out the transition in increments, alongside day-to-day activity, to maintain continuity of service.

DISTRIBUTION NETWORKSSuez

Making network efficiency reliable
with machine learning

Suez operated a fleet of remotely read meters, some of which sent back incomplete data. That made it impossible to calculate network efficiency reliably. Galadrim developed machine learning models to reconstruct the missing consumption data and secure the calculation. Operators now have an efficiency figure calculated across the entire fleet, updated automatically.

ENERGY SAVINGS CERTIFICATESEffy

Automating the review of CEE
applications with AI agents

A leading player and trusted third party for Energy Savings Certificates (CEE), Effy was reviewing tens of thousands of applications a year by hand. These time-consuming compliance checks were holding back its growth. Galadrim designed Athos, a platform of AI agents that classify documents, extract data and check the consistency of each application, then generate summary reports. Reviewers focus on anomalies through a dedicated interface, and people keep the final decision.

CONNECTED CONSUMER UNITOghji

Building the mobile app that remotely controls the first connected consumer unit

Oghji designs the first digital, connected consumer unit with a touchscreen. It lets you configure circuits, track consumption and detect anomalies across a home or a whole building. We developed the mobile app that extends the unit remotely: it mirrors its control screen and consumption statistics exactly, updated in real time, and sends the user a notification if anything goes wrong. Pairing a phone requires the user to be physically in front of the unit, so control of the installation stays in their hands.

[FAQ]

Questions our clients often ask

Yes. We process files under the CEE scheme every day and build compliance in from the design stage: document checks, traceability and generation of supporting evidence.
Yes. We design and deploy in segregated, sovereign environments, on your own infrastructure or on a certified cloud. We work within your cybersecurity requirements and accreditation procedures, including for operators subject to stricter obligations (OIV, OSE).
We build data protection in from the design stage: minimising the data collected, consent management, and rights of access, erasure and portability. We work directly with your DPO and document processing activities for your records.
The total length of a project to design and build a complete application varies, but is usually between 2 and 5 months. We deliver in short iterations: a first usable version within a few weeks, then regular releases to production.
No. You own the application's source code. We also guarantee reversibility: your teams or a third party can take over the solution at any time, and we support the knowledge transfer.
