Adrezio wanted to bring property search and mortgage financing together in France's overseas departments, by checking buyers' creditworthiness. Zimmermann Immobilier manages 13,000 units, both homes and commercial premises, from six agencies in French-speaking Switzerland. Its entire business runs on a single in-house software package.
