Steering the AI roadmap of a European leader in used cars

Spoticar, part of the Stellantis group, is Europe's leading used-car brand, with more than 3,000 sales outlets. It wanted to transform its digital experience with AI, but its data (stock, technical reference data, customer reviews) sat in separate silos. Galadrim structured the project's AI roadmap and prioritised the use cases with the business teams. Today it is building the AI components (conversational agents, RAG, visual analysis) behind Spoticar's new digital cockpit, its network management tools and its dealer assistant.

Cutting calls to a taxi cooperative's
dispatch centre sixfold

Facing competition from ride-hailing platforms, the Taxis Nantes cooperative set out to modernise its booking service. Galadrim built a mobile booking app with real-time driver tracking, payment and trip history. Customers now book from their phone, which has taken pressure off the call centre and increased the number of trips.

Challenging a traffic fine
in minutes from your phone

Cabinet de Caumont, which has specialised in road traffic law since 1984, wanted drivers to be able to challenge a fine directly themselves. Galadrim designed a mobile app that reads a photo of the notice, extracts the relevant information and gives an initial assessment of the situation. A client area then puts the driver in touch with the firm's lawyers by messaging, and an admin interface lets the lawyers track cases and billing.

Digitising the intranet and internal tools
of a transport group

Groupe Delisle's IT department asked Galadrim to kick off its digital transformation, starting with the two tools its teams open every day. Galadrim delivered a social-network-style intranet, available on desktop and mobile, that brings all staff communication into one place. The second tool, built from scratch, covers six of the group's functions with detailed access rights for each profile. AI-assisted document management files documents and retrieves them on demand.

Taking a classic car rental platform to mobile

Roadstr has become the go-to marketplace for peer-to-peer rental of high-end cars. Yet its service was only available on the web, while most of its traffic already came from mobile. Galadrim built its iPhone and Android app, which brings over the platform's key features: vehicle search and built-in payment. Favourites and notifications then keep a direct link with each user between rentals.

Offering every customer the right lease renewal deal

As the carmaker's finance arm, Toyota Financial Services buys vehicles from dealerships and leases them to private customers, with an option to buy at the end of the contract. As that date approaches, the dealership salesperson suggests a new vehicle to the customer, relying on their own experience alone. Galadrim designed the tool that builds this offer and developed the predictive model behind it: it estimates the monthly payment the customer is willing to pay, calculates the matching offers and ranks them.

In France or elsewhere in the European Union, with a hosting provider we choose together based on how sensitive your data is and on your constraints, either on a mainstream cloud or on dedicated infrastructure.
Customer accounts, booking histories and locations recorded during journeys are sensitive because of how precise they are. We build data protection in from the design stage: collecting only the data we need, managing access rights and setting retention periods for each category of data, working directly with your DPO.
