Rebuilding the core software of a Swiss property management firm

Zimmermann Immobilier manages 13,000 units, both homes and commercial premises, from six offices in French-speaking Switzerland. All its business runs through a single in-house software tool. The company asked Galadrim to audit it, then rebuild it as a web application, one business area at a time. Property managers now see their portfolio on a map, track rental applications on a dashboard and find buildings and tenants from a single search bar.

Bringing freight pricing, booking, tracking and invoicing together in a single business application

Logfret organises international freight for its exporting clients. Galadrim built the business software that runs its entire commercial operation: rate cards and surcharges, carrier tenders, booking, shipment tracking and invoicing, in an interface available in eleven languages. A customs classification module, powered by language models trained on Logfret's product descriptions, then assigns each item its code from 5,000 references.

Digitalising the intranet and operational tools of a transport group

Groupe Delisle's IT department asked Galadrim to kick off its digital transformation, starting with the two tools its teams open every day. The first is an intranet built like a social network, available on desktop and mobile, that brings all staff communication into one place. The second, built bespoke, covers six of the group's functions with detailed access rights for each profile. Its AI-assisted document management files documents and retrieves them on demand.

Apenda publishes an ERP for food-industry SMEs, built around a production and packaging tracking module. We took over that module, then built the other two, accounting and sales, and brought all three together behind a single interface. Every batch produced can be traced by QR code across the whole production line, including ingredient checks and heat treatment.
