[Challenges in your sector]

Your product, data and AI challenges

Product availability

Product availability

Answering a customer request means knowing current stock, production forecasts and purchases in progress. A recommendation algorithm cross-references these sources and tells you straight away whether an order can be fulfilled.
Reliable product data

Reliable product data

Your catalogues feed your sales reps, your distributor customers and your sales channels. A single product database, synchronised with your management system, keeps every reference up to date on every channel.
Quality control across your operations

Quality control across your operations

Today, identifying products and monitoring operations still rely on people watching, on the factory floor and in store. A computer vision model analyses images continuously and flags discrepancies in real time.
Growing your online sales and customer acquisition

Growing your online sales and customer acquisition

Your ranges serve both consumers and trade customers, each with their own buying journey. An online shop linked to your sales management system opens a direct channel, backed by an acquisition strategy that drives traffic to it.

Food groupGozoki

Running a network of autonomous shops with computer vision

Gozoki, a French maker of premium ready meals, is rolling out a network of staff-free shops open around the clock, where every customer action is detected automatically. Galadrim built a computer vision system that detects, tracks and interprets shoppers' movements at the shelf, combined with a multimodal language model. A web application brings together the real-time dashboard and incident alerts.

Sugar industrySucre+

Answering customer requests instantly based on available stock

Sucre+, a manufacturer in the French sugar industry, saw its sales reps judging whether each request was feasible from information scattered across several sources. Galadrim built a recommendation algorithm into a web application. It assesses whether an order can be fulfilled based on current stock, forecasts and supplier purchases. When a product is unavailable, the tool suggests the closest alternative among the products and origins in the catalogue.

Food packagingGroupe Guillin

Finding a product reference from a photo taken at a customer's site

Guillin, a European food packaging specialist, manages a catalogue of nearly 25,000 references that its sales reps identify at customers' premises. Galadrim built a mobile app that matches a reference to each photographed package, powered by a computer vision model trained on this catalogue. Training data was collected jointly with Guillin's teams, on their own products.

Rebuilding the online shop of France's leading canned food producer

CDP Distribution faced rising maintenance costs on its À Vos Conserves online shop. Galadrim led the site's redesign and its migration to Shopify, and supported the company on its online acquisition strategy. The site is connected to the group's ERP, which synchronises the product catalogue, stock and orders.

Supply chain software vendorSafireo

Querying stock and production in plain language

Safireo publishes performance management software used by food manufacturers to track their stock, quality releases and production orders. Galadrim is designing and building the conversational assistant that turns a question asked in plain language, typed or spoken, into a query on this data model. A site manager asks for their service level or stock projection and gets the answer calculated by the business rules already built into the software.

[FAQ]

A few questions our clients often ask

Yes. Our products keep a record of every processing step, so each piece of data displayed can be traced back to its source. The evidence needed for an audit can be exported and fits the quality standards you already apply.
Customer accounts, order data and images captured in store all count as personal data, with an even stricter regime when people can be identified. We build data protection in from the design stage: collecting only the data we need, managing access rights, processing images without retaining faces, and working directly with your DPO.
In France or the European Union, with a hosting provider we choose together based on how sensitive your data is and your constraints, on a mainstream cloud or on dedicated infrastructure.
A full design and development project usually takes between 2 and 5 months. We deliver in short iterations: a first usable version within a few weeks, then regular releases to production.
No. You own the application's source code. We guarantee there is no lock-in: your teams or a third party can take over the solution at any time, and we support the knowledge transfer.
