Designing a clinical decision support agent for nurses

Urgo Médical, a wound care specialist, wanted to give nurses reliable decision support, based on its proprietary corpus and on traceable recommendations. Galadrim built Med-ed GPT, a conversational agent integrated into the Healico app that guides nurses in identifying a condition. Automating medical history collection before an anaesthetic consultation

RSD Medical, a medtech company specialising in the pre-operative pathway, wanted to ease the collection of medical history before an anaesthetic consultation. It is a long and costly step for practitioners. Galadrim built an interface that lets the anaesthetist manage reports and patient pathways, along with a conversational agent that questions the patient and adapts its questions to their answers. Data already held in the medical records is pulled in automatically.

We connect your tools to the national health identifier, the shared medical record, Mon espace santé, the MSSanté secure messaging service and Pro Santé Connect. We handle interoperability from the scoping phase, in line with your funding deadlines.
Yes. A clinical AI reasons over a controlled corpus, always cites its sources and stays under supervision, with guardrails against out-of-scope use. When a solution may qualify as a medical device, we help you clarify its regulatory framework early on.
GDPR and medical confidentiality apply at every stage of processing. We build data protection in from the design stage: minimising the data collected, anonymisation, access rights management, encryption and a full audit trail of who accessed what, working directly with your DPO.
