Putting twenty years of athletics data to work for members

The Fédération Française d’Athlétisme (French Athletics Federation) had kept its members' official results for more than twenty years. Galadrim built MyDataRun in three months: every athlete can track their performance, set goals and compare themselves with France's best runners. A search engine gives access to races in real time, with registration through the official portal.

Speeding up intelligence analysis
with AI

The French Ministry of the Armed Forces wanted to automatically convert complex documents into relationship graphs its intelligence analysts could work with. Galadrim designed an algorithm based on an open-source French large language model. It extracts and structures entities and their relationships across hundreds of pages of documentation, then produces a complete map.

Industrialising page creation for France's public investment bank

As Bpifrance expanded its range of loans and grants, it needed to create a large number of pages for many different business teams. Galadrim started with a user research phase, then designed a landing page generator built on the Strapi CMS. Each business team can now publish its own pages independently, thanks to a full set of settings and configuration options.

Extending palaeography research software

The IRHT, a research unit of the CNRS (France's national scientific research centre), dates ancient manuscripts using software that reconstructs the path of the writing hand in 3D. Galadrim took over this codebase and, within a few weeks, delivered a series of optimisations and new features, such as moving from two to four cameras and reconstructing a hidden point by extrapolation.
