Our bespoke support method

Our UX Research support can be part of a broader engagement to develop or redesign your web or mobile application. Our UX Research phases take place in three key stages.

Scoping
We analyse your needs, the problems you encounter, and the business stakes of your project. The goal is to design a tailored approach that perfectly meets your need. This approach may combine field studies, data analysis, quantitative surveys, etc.
02.
Study
We prepare and present the study protocol to make sure our strategy aligns with your goals. During the study, we share all produced resources and hold regular checkpoints with you.
03.
Recommendations
We list prioritised recommendations and map user needs as User Stories. We can also design the screens of your (new) interface based on these learnings.
