How we design, test and deploy your AI assistant

    Step 01

    The journey to transform and the service level you expect

    We start from the exact moment AI needs to step in within your product. Then we agree with you on what makes the experience a success: perceived response time, the range of requests covered and how the assistant should behave when in doubt. These thresholds decide go-live, and we set them before the first line of code.

    Scope of actions and guardrails

    Together, we list the actions the assistant actually triggers, the ones it suggests subject to confirmation, and the ones it refuses. This scope is enforced by design: a request outside it is rejected on the way in, and a response outside it is blocked before it reaches the user.

    Models chosen by testing them on your real use case

    We compare each building block in the chain (speech recognition, language model and speech synthesis) on your own content and with your own users. This test bench decides which model we keep for each one, and which ones we host ourselves when response time demands it.

Running an M&A interview with a voice interviewer that adapts its questions

Training You prepares students for interviews at investment banks and consulting firms, an oral exercise that is hard to practise alone. Galadrim built the voice training application within Training You's course platform. The AI interviewer asks its question out loud and the candidate answers orally. A language model then scores the answer and follows up on weak points. An internal ranking adjusts the difficulty as the interview goes on, and the candidate gets an audio debrief, question by question.

Translating a live conference into each attendee's earphones

The Genolier Innovation Hub brings together researchers, doctors and industry from across Europe in its 300-seat auditorium, where every session plays to a multilingual audience. Galadrim develops MyGIH, the hub's mobile app, and has built the simultaneous translation chain into it. Audio from the control room feeds an AI agent that transcribes the speaker and translates what they say, splitting the text at natural breaks in meaning to keep the context. It then plays the translated voice and its transcript back in the room. Each attendee chooses their language and listens through their own earphones.

Controlling a hotel's booking, door and air conditioning by voice

Leev runs an aparthotel in Paris where the entire stay is managed from the mobile app built by Galadrim. We added the voice assistant that carries out the actions in the guest journey. The user speaks their request, and a language model interprets it and calls the product's functions directly: booking engine, smart lock, air conditioning and payment. We benchmarked each building block in the voice chain against its alternatives to hit the response time. A payment only goes through once the user has explicitly confirmed it.

Building each prep student their own maths practice programme

Commercia, a prep school, wanted to speed up the maths progress of its ECG students (the track that prepares for France's top business schools). Maths is a subject students largely work on alone, and the teacher's feedback only comes after the fact. Galadrim built MathexIA, an application that assesses each student's level, generates worksheets and quizzes on demand calibrated to their gaps, then marks their work. Each student follows a path built for them, and the teacher starts each lesson on the class's real sticking points.
