Migrating a single-server infrastructure to AWS

Project X Paris has opened 60 shops and works with 7,500 stockists worldwide. Its ERP, point-of-sale software and B2B sales site, built by Galadrim since 2018, all ran on a single legacy server. Our tech lead led the migration to AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, S3). The applications now withstand the failure of a machine, and capacity scales with the brand's growth.

Monitoring Kubernetes container networks from Datadog

Datadog, the cloud infrastructure monitoring platform, wanted to bring metrics from Calico into its tool. Calico is the open-source component that handles routing and network security policies for Kubernetes containers. Galadrim built the collection agent in Python, along with its test coverage, working in English with Datadog's teams. The integration was then merged into the platform's main codebase.

Hosting a 900-pharmacy group's ecosystem in a certified health-data environment

Leadersanté brings together more than 900 community pharmacies. A Galadrim team has built and run its ecosystem since 2018: a patient mobile app, a back office for pharmacists and automated processing of laboratory invoices. These tools handle health data, so the infrastructure behind them is hosted in a certified environment, in line with regulations.
