Your responsibilities within the team will include:
Defining project architecture and selecting technologies
Ensuring the technical quality of projects
Advising clients on product roadmap definition and prioritising business issues
Participating in product design with clients and designers
Coaching developers to support their progression
The goal is that you master all aspects of the Software Engineer role: database, backend, frontend, external services, deployment tools, tests and scalability — ultimately becoming an expert and passing on your knowledge to our team.
To maximise your progression:

Other Lead Developers and the CTO will support and guide you
You will participate in our peer code review programme
You will have unlimited access to expert video courses on our technologies
