Your responsibilities within the team will include:
Develop features by producing high‑quality, maintainable and scalable code
Contribute to project architecture decisions and the technical stack
Help your client prioritise product features to maximise business value
Participate in product design with the client and the designer
Our goal is that you progress as quickly as possible, so you can develop complex web and mobile applications from A to Z, mastering all aspects: database, backend, frontend, external services, deployment tools, tests and scalability.
To maximise your progression:
You will be mentored by a technical lead who will guide you and do pair‑programming sessions with you
You will participate in a peer code‑review programme
You will have unlimited access to expert video courses on our technologies
You will attend classes or workshops led by different Galadrimers
