Your responsibilities within the team will include:
Developing features by producing high‑quality, maintainable and scalable code
Contributing to architecture decisions and the technical stack selection
Helping your client prioritise product features to maximise business value
Participating in product design with the client and designer
Our goal is that you progress as fast as possible, so you can develop complex web and mobile applications from A to Z, mastering all aspects: database, backend, frontend, external services, deployment tools, tests and scalability.
To maximise your progression:
You will be mentored by a technical lead who will support you and conduct pair‑programming sessions with you
You will take part in a peer code review programme
You will have unlimited access to expert video courses on our technologies
You will be able to attend classes or workshops led by different Galadrimers
