Fire, water damage, natural disasters… every year, thousands of people trust Belfor to restore their homes, businesses and belongings.
A restoration project involves many stakeholders: the affected client, the experts, inspectors, site managers, sales representatives and support staff.
To streamline project tracking and communication between these stakeholders, Belfor entrusted Galadrim with developing its new mobile application: Belfor We Care.





The application was developed in 6 weeks. It was quickly adopted by Belfor’s teams, who now use it regularly.
Since May 2017, the application has hosted over 3,000 projects and enabled communication between more than 2,000 experts, 100 inspectors and 40 sales representatives.
